Aura was losing $200K/year to cart abandonment on their old Shopify theme. The checkout was clunky, mobile experience was poor, and the premium brand identity wasn't coming through. Customers were leaving before they could experience the products.

Our Approach

Built a headless Shopify storefront with a custom React checkout. Implemented predictive search, AI-powered product recommendations, and a quiz-to-product funnel. Every interaction was designed mobile-first, with a focus on reducing friction at every step.

The Results

Conversion rate nearly doubled. Page load time dropped from 6.8s to 2.1s. Average order value increased 34% thanks to intelligent product recommendations. The ROI paid for the project in the first month of launch.
