1. Service-Based Business

NeoDigital is a professional services company. We provide website audits, web design, web development, AI chatbot integration, and digital consulting services. We do not sell physical products or digital goods for download.

2. Free Services

Our 931-Point Website Intelligence Audit is provided free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies to this service.

3. Custom Project Refunds

For paid custom projects (website design, development, AI integration), the following applies:

• Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• During the project: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed only for the work completed to date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• After delivery: Once the final deliverables have been approved and handed over, no refund is available, as the work has been fully rendered.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions during the active project phase. If you are not satisfied with the direction of the work, we will work with you to make it right before final delivery. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied before project completion.

5. Subscription Services

For any recurring subscription services (hosting, maintenance, chatbot subscriptions):

• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period after cancellation.
• Access to services continues until the end of the current billing period.
